We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Napoli Centrale train station. It made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and travel to other destinations. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to assist us. They even allowed us to leave our luggage before our room was ready, which was such a helpful gesture. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a comfy bed and a stunning view. We loved the amenities, including the coffee machine and big TV. we had a great experience here.
We would highly recommend this hotel to any family. It's a great place to stay, plus it offers a wide range of services, from room service to car hire and even dry cleaning.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful, we were offered to store our bags for a few days. The location couldn't have been better, being close to the train station and bus station.
The shower could have been better, with the water pressure and shower head quality not being great. the breakfast provided was disorganised with limited options and seating.

The staff was friendly and helpful, great to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, despite being located very close to the train station. The hotel also provided complimentary amenities such as water, jams, coffee, tea, and wafers. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the train station and offered easy access to transportation.
